The Ayers Dormitory is a two-story facility offering flexible, high-capacity lodging that can be secured for co-ed use.

Ayers Room Accommodations
- Rooms: 21 total dorm rooms accommodating up to 138 guests.
- Bedding: Each room includes one full bed and multiple twin beds. Linens are not included in the room rate. Rental of linens is available for an additional fee of $14.00. The linen rental includes sheets, blankets, pillows, and towels.
- Special Rooms: Two rooms feature full private bathrooms, and one room has a private half-bath.
- Common bathrooms are located in each hallway.
Ayers Meeting Spaces
Lobbies are available on both the first and second floors and are great spaces for family and group gatherings.
