  • We don't want to see anyone miss a chance to come to camp!  Sacramento's scholarship funds are limited so please check with your church first to see if they are able to offer any assistance.  If not, please contact us for a scholarship request form and we will do our best to meet this need!

  • Nope!  We have campers attend with their church but we also have campers attend individually.

  • Church groups are more than welcome!

    - Registration works best if the parent or guardian completes registration for their child.  This is due to the information we need to collect and waivers that need to be signed by the parent/guardian.

    - We ask for church name during registration so if you would like to know who has registered from your church, let us know and we can give you weekly updates!

    - We encourage one adult volunteer register for every 6-8 campers your church is bringing.

    - If you would like to pay for your campers, see the next question.

  • We love that your church is so invested in camp ministry!

    - We can create a discount code for your church members to use to make this process smooth.

    - We custom make the discount codes to cover the amount your church plans to pay.

    - Sacramento will send you a bill for your codes used about a week before the camp starts.

    - Sacramento will not give out your discount code so you have full control over who uses your discount.

    - Please note:  If your church chooses to cover 100% of the registration fees and someone cancels, the church will be billed for the $25 cancellation fee.

Please contact our office if you would like to create a discount code for your church. (575)722-2267
